Information for Participants

When do we start?

  • The workshop will start at 9am on both days.
  • On the first day, it is a good idea to be ~15min early so you can grab your bag and nametag.
  • If you still need to pay parts of your fee, please come 30min earlier.

Where do I need to go?

  • It is the same building as SAMBA 2023: Naturwissenschaftliche Fakultät, Hellbrunnerstraße 34.
  • We are going to be in Room "HS 434".
  • If you enter the building from the front (look out for the big fountain), you are going to see some signs directing you to the correct room.
  • More specifically: Enter the building, go straight until you see stairs to your left. Go all the way up. Then walk back towards the middle of the building until you reach the correct room. Here is a map.

What do I need to bring?

Can I get a snack or a coffee before the workshop starts?

  • Sure! You find a cafeteria on the ground floor.
